Port3 Network provides a suite of community tools products (SoQuest, DAO Tools, etc). We are an open platform and any project, DAO, startup, company will be allowed to create a “Space” on SoQuest and use our chatbot. To protect our community, Port3 reserves the right to censor, amend and delete any campaign or project that shows bad intent in engaging our community.

Port3 Network highly encourages its users to do their own due dilligence even for the projects that hold the credential “Verified by SoQuest”. Port3 Network does the best in its capacity to bring only trusted and verified projects to our community. However, this does not represent a guarantee on the accuracy of the information provided by each project, even if such project has been awarded the credential.

Port3 Network offers its users the option to engage only with "Verified by SoQuest" projects. These are projects that have passed basic legitimacy checks and thus they get the "Verified by Soquest" credential. The users may choose to engage with projects that have not got the credential, totally at their own risk.

Port3 Network assumes no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any products from within the Port3 Network ecosystem by you or any third party with or without your authorization. Port3 Network can not guarantee good faith from the projects using the Port3 Network products and under no circumstances shall be held liable for any form of bad faith from the projects, DAOs, startups or companies operating on the suite.

PORT3 NETWORK UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, ACCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY OR ANY SORT OF DAMAGES ARISING FROM INTERACTING WITH THE COMMUNITY TOOLS PROVIDED.
